It doesn't matter whether you have a UR5 or a UR30 and whether you only have a 7th axis or a 2- or 3-dimensional linear robot or even a gantry with several cross beams. Each linear robot is supplied with its own controller. This opens up completely new possibilities. For example, you can easily integrate additional safety technology, a barcode scanner or much more.

Thanks to our own controller, the axes of the cobot and the linear robot can move concurrently. This opens up completely new possibilities.

It doesn't matter which Universal Robots cobot you use for our linCAP. It runs with any cobot as long as Polyscope 5 is installed on your controller.

This functionality makes it even easier to operate the entire system. You do not have to adapt to a new operating system, but can simply link the control of the linear axes and the cobot.

Program the linrob in exactly the same way as your cobot. However, if the teach panel is too small for you, we have developed a control station - the linTERMINAL. You can use it to display any software as well as the UR teach panel. As the linTERMINAl has a 19-inch touch display, you have enough space to display all the functions you need.

Even more safety for your system. You have the option of pressing the emergency stop at two different points.

The emergency stop of the UR and linrobs are connected to each other by hardware. So no matter which emergency stop you press, the entire system stops.

Regardless of whether you combine your axis with our linBOX or our linTERMINAL, your linCAP works as usual.
